Looking for projects for a large team for early August tell me your needs

If you had a team of 80 diligent workers for 4-6 hours in early August how would you use them? Could you use them?

Volunteers are always telling me they want to make a difference, not just stuff an envelope or do something mundane, how can your agency tell me to tell them you will make that happen for them?
