 lea Festival website by credit card.\n\nTickets are $30.00 each. Check
 s should be made to the Cape Fear Volunteer Center and mailed or deliv
 ered to 925 S. Kerr Suite K Room 2, Wilmington NC 28403. E-Tickets wil
 l be sent, no hard tickets are dispensed. Reservations are on a first 
 come first served basis only. New this year: New Time: 3:30 PM Special
  Guests: Azalea Belles, Azalea Princess and her Court new this year in
  their gowns, and Hello Kitty Proceeds benefit the operations of the C
 ape Fear Volunteer Center whose mission is to: Build and maintain an o
 rganization capable of meeting the needs of the non-profit community. 
 We provide trained volunteers, resources and processes that stimulate 
 effective solutions for the New Hanover County Area. Some of our progr
 ams include: Big Buddy, Kids Voting, Port City Social Club, and Kids C
