Back To School Sidewalk Sale

MARK YOUR CALENDARS!!! disAbility Resource Center is having a huge Back to School Sidewalk Sale on Saturday, August 21st from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. The event will be held at the disAbility Resource Center’s parking lot located at 140A Cinema Drive, near the Carmike Cinemas. You will be certain to find a little bit of everything….children’s clothing, backpacks, adult clothing for both males and females, electronics, housewares, small home appliances, toys and more.

Are you a vendor selling your won art, pottery, jewelry or product line? Local vendors will also be participating. In fact, there are still spaces available to rent for $30.00! Do you have an attic or garage full of items you want to get rid of? dRC will gladly accept donations for the sidewalk sale as well! The event will also feature a fun kids area with face painting and prizes. Coffee has been donated by Port City Java and bagels from the Panera Bread Company.

dRC will be raffling off the following 3 gift baskets:
a woman’s gift basket— includes a pampering gift certificate to Hypnotix Salon, gift card to Starbucks and a Walmart gift card. (valued at $250)

a golf package for men - a round of golf for two at the beautiful Porter’s Neck Plantation and Country Club, golf balls and a restaurant gift card. (Valued at $250)

a children’s gift basket—toys, back to school supplies, books and more. (valued at $100)

You may purchase Raffle tickets in advance through the disAbility Resource Center or on the day of the Sidewalk Sale. Tickets are $3.00 each or 2 for $5.00.
You do not need to be present to win.
