 00+ mile bicycle tour of the NC Coast. Through the tour, CISCF hopes t
 o raise awareness and find community sponsors for these scholarships w
 hich will benefit students in CISCF programming at WIRE Youth Center, 
 Mary Mosley Performance Learning Center, and New Hanover High School.
