Event Description

Communities In Schools of Cape Fear needs volunteers for the PaSS reading program. The PaSS Program is a 10-week tutoring and mentoring program directed at students projected not to pas the third grade end of grade exam. Volunteer tutor two students for 30 minutes, separately, for 30 minutes per week for the ten weeks prior to the end of grade tests. PaSS is offered in schools in New Hanover and Pender Counties.
