Career Coaching and Job Shadowing Database--Join Today!!

Communities in Schools of Cape Fear (www.ciscapefear.org) is building a Career Coaching and Job Shadowing database to give middle and high school students in New Hanover and Pender access to area professionals who want to help them succeed.  
Students in CISCF programs in middle and high schools in New Hanover and Pender counties are given a career interest survey as a part of the services they receive from our organization.  If students show interest in learning about or pursuing a particular career, graduation coaches and site coordinators try to set them up with a community mentor in the field.  
In order to expedite this process, a career coach and job shadowing database is being put together, listing interested professionals.
