Penderlea School's Science and Horticulture Therapy Garden Needs Your Help!

Do you have basic carpentry skills? Do you have an afternoon give to deserving students?

Come help us build Penderlea School's science & horticulture therapy garden!

Through grants and donations, Penderlea's Graduation Coach and Social
Worker has gathered the resources to build, plant, and harvest a
beautiful garden for use by the school as a whole and a selected group
of at-risk students. Wood, dirt, gardening tools, seeds, and other
resources have been donated, we just need to put them together!
We'd love to get our garden started this spring!

We need:

volunteers with basic carpentry skills (!!!),

use of a table saw,

some wood screws,

use of a post hole digger,

use of a drill,

use of a hammer,

any extra boards that you may want to donate.

Think you'd be just the person to help?

Email Halley at halley@ciscapefear.org

Thanks!
