Starting the Conversation

Thanks, Nan and Lynn for your comments. It is seldomly ever an "easy" conversation, but it can be so important! Not only to help ensure your wishes are honored, but also as a gift to your loved ones who would have to make the decisions when you cannot! Does anyone else have a story about having (or not having) this kind of discussion? Why is it so hard?
