Birthday Smiles is helping make birthday celebrations a reality, not a luxury, for families in various circumstances across New Hanover County. The heart behind our parties is to allow the children to celebrate themselves on their special day ~ allowing them a moment to be the STAR and have some normalcy in their otherwise fluctuating lives.
