- To equip women in poverty from dependency to self sufficiency by offering them a handup, not a handout. We teach Career Development, MicroSoft Office, along with various life skills. Each woman has a mentor who accompanies her wherever she is to move to wherever she wants to reach.

- CWJC HOPE works-- It not only changes the lives of the women and children and assists them to break the cycle of poverty - it changes the lives of our volunteers. CWJC HOPE is a family thing --
