- Communities In Schools of Cape Fear is dedicated to championing the connection of needed community resources with schools to help young people successfully learn, stay in school and prepare for life. We provide programs & services to enhance New Hanover & Pender County schools’ efforts to reduce the region’s dropout rate.
During 2008/2009 school year we provided FREE programming to over 1500 students including:

Tutoring
