LANDFALL FOUNDATION AWARDS 41 GRANTS TOTALING $136,307 Nov. 5, 2009

WILMINGTON, NC—The Landfall Foundation today (Nov. 5, 2009) presented checks to 41 agencies to fund projects in the greater Wilmington area totaling $136,307. While the Foundation was unable to match the $221,000 awarded to 52 agencies last year due to challenging economic times, the 2009 grants bring to more than $1.763 million the amount contributed to local non-profits during its 14 years of making grants.
