Outside the walls(OTW) is a project of the Wilmington Leadership Foundation(WLF) and funded by the Amachi Mentoring Coalition project. WLF builds relationships that heal by challenging, mobilizing, and partnering with others to make God's love more visible in and around the city of Wilmington. WLF is a member of the Christian Community Development Association(CCDA) and an Associaste Member of the Leadership Foundations of America(LFA).
