New Website: Begintheconversation.org

If you haven't heard about it yet, check out begintheconversation.org, a new website created by Lower Cape Fear Hospice & LifeCareCenter. The site is devoted to encouraging people to identify and communicate their health care wishes before a crisis happens. It includes testimonies, links to related sites, downloadable forms (NC Living Will, Heathcare Power of Attorney, etc), a blog, and many other intersting and helpful resources.
