Why aren't fundraisers asking for referrals? Guidestar offers coaching tips

Here's a good piece from Guidestar about fundraising.

It says nonprofit managers and fundraisers should be asking donors for referrals. More than 80 percent of donors say they'd recommend their nonprofit to others. And referrals from existing donors are more likely to result in additional donations.

Check out the article if you could use more funds. And I've never met a nonprofit manager yet who said they have plenty of money!
